Upon purchase, InsomniDev grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the InsomniDev application on up to 3 devices that you own or control. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the software.
InsomniDev offers a 7-day free trial with full feature access and no credit card required. At the end of the trial period, nightly job scheduling will stop until a license is purchased. Your settings and data are preserved.
You may only use InsomniDev with GitHub repositories you own or have explicit permission to modify. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with GitHub's Terms of Service and Anthropic's usage policies.
InsomniDev is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for any damage to your repositories, unintended code changes, or data loss caused by the application or the AI models it uses. Always review pull requests before merging.
A license purchase includes all future updates to InsomniDev. We reserve the right to change features or technical requirements in future versions.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of InsomniDev after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date above will reflect the most recent revision.
